Heritage Skim Coat
UZIN Heritage Skim Coat is a breathable waterproof skim coat capable of drying damp substrates. It is made from Portland cement, limestone powder (Calcium Carbonate), and a unique Izocomponent additive. It is used on plastered wall surfaces to produce a smooth and even finish and can replace the function of common membranes and waterproofing layers.
A waterproof skim coat with breathable properties, capable of withstanding heavy rain with water penetration of less than 1 mm. This breathable skim coat is able to dry damp substrates (dehumidification) because it has high micro-porosity, allowing water vapor to escape through the coating.
