Bonding Slurry and Concrete Repair
UZIN NC 301 functions as a bonding slurry for smooth surfaces or as a repair mortar for porous concrete caused by non-structural voids/cracks, concrete thickening, or concrete surface finishing. As a Bonding Slurry, it is applied thinly (± 3 mm) using a trowel or notched trowel and finished evenly to create a rough surface as a base for plaster or screed layers. For repairing porous or uneven concrete surfaces, the mortar can be directly applied. The advantages of UZIN NC 301 compared to conventional cement + sand + adhesive mortar are faster application, consistent quality with tested bonding strength, practical use by simply adding water, and accurate cost calculation.
