Semi-gloss Protection Coating
UZIN SC 07 is an Acrylic-based solution with high solid content and is solvent-free. After drying, it forms a pure Acrylic film layer that is hard, UV-resistant, water-resistant, semi-gloss, highly adhesive to substrates, and prevents the growth of mold and mildew. It is used to seal pores on surfaces such as Screed, Plaster, Concrete, Natural Stone, Brick, Lightweight Brick, clay-based materials such as flower pots and roof tiles, gypsum-based materials, insulating materials such as rock wool, fibre board, wood, plywood, and other water-absorbent materials. In addition to preventing water seepage that causes mold and mildew growth, UZIN SC 07 coating also protects buildings from carbonate exposure (originating from vehicle exhaust fumes), which over time can cause reinforcing steel to corrode and eventually lead to concrete damage.
