Wet-look Concrete, Stone & Masonry Protection Coating
UZIN SC 08 is an Acrylic resin with high solid content dissolved in selected solvents. After drying, it forms a pure Acrylic film layer that is hard, abrasion-resistant, UV-resistant, water-resistant, highly adhesive to substrates, prevents the growth of mold and mildew, and creates a glossy / wet look finish. UZIN SC 08 coating is suitable for floor applications. It is used to seal pores on surfaces such as Screed, Concrete, Natural Stone, Brick, Lightweight Brick, clay-based materials such as flower pots and roof tiles, gypsum-based materials, insulating materials such as rock wool, fibre board, wood, plywood, and other water-absorbent materials. In addition to preventing water seepage that causes mold and mildew growth, UZIN SC 08 coating also protects buildings from carbonate exposure (originating from vehicle exhaust fumes), which over time can cause reinforcing steel to corrode and eventually lead to concrete damage.
