UZIN SC 17 is an anti-graffiti coating designed to protect concrete, masonry, wood, and previously coated surfaces. It provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sunlight, and extreme temperatures. UZIN SC 17 is a single-component product with the ability to easily remove most permanent markers and aerosol paints. UZIN SC 17 contains a blend of selected silicone compounds. The relatively high molecular weight silicone materials react with moisture to form an anti-graffiti layer with excellent adhesion to substrate surfaces. As a result, it improves weather resistance and breathability.
A single-layer application is usually sufficient, although multiple applications are possible to improve weather resistance, water repellency, water vapor permeability, and environmentally friendly removable graffiti protection while enhancing the substrate surface color. It is highly suitable for mineral building materials such as concrete, brick, sandstone, limestone, natural and artificial stone, plaster, wood, and coated metal surfaces as permanent protection against graffiti. UZIN SC 17 should be applied after thorough inspection on coated metal and plastic surfaces and, if necessary, can be combined with a suitable primer.
