Floor Leveling Mortar
UZIN Screed is a floor screed mortar that can be directly applied over concrete (Bonded Screed), over a polyethylene plastic layer (Screed on separating membrane), or over rubber insulation sheets (floating screed), and is commonly used for leveling surfaces or increasing floor height. UZIN Screed is easy to apply because it is more practical than conventional methods. Ceramic tiles, granite, marble, and wooden flooring (Parquet, Laminate) can be directly installed over UZIN Screed. For office or residential areas, after applying a thin layer of UZIN SL 250 Self-Leveling Compound, soft flooring (Vinyl, Rubber, Cork, Carpet, Linoleum) can be installed or the surface can be directly coated with impregnation or Epoxy Coating. Consult UZIN technicians regarding floor preparation before applying soft flooring and Epoxy.
